Stop indoor environmental problems before they happen with our building health packages

Building Health Packages

It’s pretty simple really; we all deserve to live and work in healthy buildings. To spend time at home without worrying if ours is making us sick. To spend our savings on holidays, not on mould removal that never quite works.

That’s why we’ve made it as simple as possible to get a healthy building with our complete building health packages. We’ve bundled up our most popular environmental health services together, and reduced the cost.

So you know you’ve done everything you can to protect your health, family, and investment. And you can still take that holiday.

Eliminate house hunting stress with pre-purchase property inspections

There’s no doubt about it, buying a new house is a big deal. It might be exciting, but it’s also expensive, stressful and sometimes feels like you’re going in blind.

You’ve just got your head around mortgages and lenders insurance, when a whole new lot of questions surface. Is this house safe for my kids? Does it have any building flaws that will cost me later? How do I know if any issues have been fixed for good?

And while we can’t make the market less competitive, or knock any zeros off the asking price, we can give you the confidence of buying with an environmental health expert on your side.

Plus, when you purchase one of our packages for a pre-purchase property inspection, we’ll team up with your regular building report provider so you’ve only got to worry about one inspection time.

Renovation and building consultations

stop mould spreading when you renovate coffs harbour

How can you help with my new build or renovation?

We can work alongside you or your builder to make sure all work is being done correctly to stop future mould problems or contain the existing mould to certain rooms.

Most people think mould is something that only happens in old houses, but mould can grow from the moment you pour your slab.

In a warm and wet area like Coffs Harbour on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, builders need to look out for water pooling on slabs, rising damp, moisture in timber, and more. Otherwise mould can move in before you do!

When you’re renovating, it’s easy to spread existing mould as you remove materials from room to room, so we can offer advice on how to minimise this, set up containment areas and install commercial-grade dehumidifiers.

Who is it for?

  • Home owners or builders who want peace of mind that their new build or renovation is being done correctly to stop future mould problems.

  • Home owners or builders who want to stop the spread of existing mould from room to room through building or renovation works.
