Say goodbye to mould, moisture damage, and other building health issues once and for all.
I’m a certified builder by trade, with over 13 years’ experience in the construction industry. I first became interested in environmental health when working and living in the Pilbara. There, I saw time and time again, just how much damage a humid climate can do to a home.
Paired with building design flaws, external environmental factors can have a big impact on buildings, with mould finding its way into subfloors and roof cavities, air conditioning units, furniture and potentially into the air we breathe. This can have serious consequences for our health. I’ve recently returned to the Mid North Coast of NSW, and though I love our warm, humid climate, it does put our homes more at risk of getting sick.
Building biology can impact our lives in many different ways — from methamphetamine residue, to electromagnetic frequencies, paired with building design flaws — and I’m passionate about identifying and rectifying these issues.
As well as a certified builder, I am a:
Mould Testing Technician
Methamphetamine Testing and Remediation Technician
IICRC Water Restoration Technician
IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician
IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician
IICRC Odour Control Technician
And soon, Electromagnetic Frequency Technician
No one should have to live or work in a building that makes them sick.
I’m not interested in selling Band-Aid fixes that treat the symptoms of sick buildings but not the cause. I want your investment to be safe for a long time.
I’m genuinely passionate about finding the reason your home and health is struggling, so you can stop worrying about problems recurring. Knowing how buildings are put together means I can even identify potential issues and stop them from happening in the first place.
I love what I do and I’m not interested in scaring you into making unnecessary changes around your home. That’s why I’ll only recommend changes you really need and suppliers I trust.
There’s nothing better than helping people create healthier spaces and I hope I can do that for you. If something is on your mind and you think I might be able to help, please get in touch. I’d love to chat.
Cheers,
Adrian
